Paolo Venturini

Our Co-Founder and Chairman, Paolo has over 20 years of international experience in general management, strategy consulting and entrepreneurship.

Paolo’s professional background includes diverse roles in a variety of countries and industries. He founded, led and sold a successful strategic advisory firm in Central Asia. He was appointed expert adviser to the OECD for the development of the private sector in emerging country economies. As a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Italy and then at The Boston Consulting Group in the UK, Paolo advised multinational corporations and private-equity firms. Most recently he led multi-billion dollar operations for Amazon before being appointed head of Amazon’s EU Learning and Development teams.

Paolo speaks fluent English, Spanish, Italian and German, has lived in several countries, including Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany and Kazakhstan, and holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain and an MS with honors in economics from Sapienza University in Italy.
